The Trouble Sisters, Lucy and Lizzy (Squeaky) are a folk rock and roll group from New Jersey. They released their debut album in 2015 at age 11 months. Since then, they have released a succession of albums and singles that have reimagined how Cat Rock is created and presented to the world at large.
Their first album was critically panned at the time of release but has since achieved a kind of reverence among local music fans, not to mention the cult status it has earned within the feline community at large.
The Trouble Sisters were born feral in 2015 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Nothing is known of their mother, who went out scavenging for food one spring night and never returned. Her babies were discovered by a construction crew in the commercial building they were creating. Eight very young kittens were collected by the local animal control team and they found their way to 11th Hour Cat Rescue.
